Excellent stay. Great location near Namba Station. Apartment was clean, modern, roomy. There's construction going on next door during the workdays, but we were generally not in the unit during those hours so it wasn't a bother. The reception area and staff were lovely. Would stay again!

The check-in experience was second to none given the staff were speaking in their non-native language they were so kind and made the experience fantastic. The room set up was perfect for a family of five lots of space, great bathroom. Good sound proofing

This hotel was awesome We are a family of four and it was great for us and the kids Staff was awesome Easy to walk to namba station lots of great dining options around the hotel. The sake tasting for free is amazing and we bought a bottle too Definitely recommend for a traveller who has never been to Osaka before Only took us 30 mins to get to Unicersal Studios via train too

I was looking for a hotel where my family of four can stay together in one room in Osaka and found this place. All I knew about this hotel was that it was newly opened and didn’t have much expectations. HOWEVER, when I arrived, I was impressed by the location, friendly staffs( of course they all speak English, enough to communicate what I need and want), very spacious room, of course very clean!! I DEFINITELY recommend this place and I will stay again if I have a chance.

Lovely large room in a great area. Comfy beds, great big bathroom, cool views over Namba. The reception was amazing. Staff spoke perfect english and offered free coffee, bean grinders, filter machines, nice tea, record player, records, books, games, umbrellas, sake and more. The beer selection on offer to purchase was also great. Our room had everything we needed, although we found the automatic entryway light and toilet light really annoying because you wake everyone up (and yourself) if you need to use the toilet in the night. It would be better if they were switches. There were some building works next door which started quite early in the morning, but the hotel can't help that - bring ear plugs if you're sensitive. Food options nearby were plentiful, and it was a really easy walk to the train station each morning. There is a childrens playground nearby and a good shopping centre. The Family Mart is 30 seconds away and the whole area felt very safe.

Amazing!

Asiphit & Rita were attentive & lady (apologies I cannot recall her name). 30 Choices is an excellent hotel, very modern, excellent facilities & aestehiectually pleasing. Immaculate & very comfortable. Beds are large & comfy. Toilet is awesome, self flushing, heated seat with bidet, very efficient & state of the art. Kitchen & lounge areas are very well equipped. Bathroom is amazing with luxury toiletries. Everything is catered for. Exceeding our expectations. Staff are very attentive, friendly & kind. Coffee, Sake & Souvenir Cakes, a wonderful added bonus. Laundry facilities are very cheap & efficient. The location is perfect! A great 6 day stay. Thank you for being so great, definitely recommend. 5 💫💫💫💫💫👌

This is the best hotel we have stayed in by far! Location was perfect, walking diatance to all main attractions. The hotel staff was super professional and helpful. The room was the best part... you can never find this size room anywhere else in Japan for a steal and every details in thw room has been thought thru. We wish they had more hotels around Japan like this!
