"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. Everything about the experience was excellent from start to finish. Just like in the pictures and even better. The hotel itself was impeccable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax during our stay. The location was also perfect, being so close to Osaka Station made it very convenient to get around Osaka and visit nearby areas. The staff were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful, and they made the stay feel welcoming and smooth in every way. We would gladly stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka"

"Great location near Osaka Station and it’s easy to get everywhere from ie. 10 min train ride to Dotonbori, train to Kyoto. Lots of restaurants around the area too. I was there as a solo traveller and the room was small, but that’s expected in Japan. I still enjoyed the room and had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. They drop off new towels everyday. Lawson convenience store located on the 4th floor, along with a men’s and women’s pool/spa. Laundry available as well, plus you can ask the front desk to ship your luggage to your next destination within Japan for a fee."
