This hotel has three things going for them. First, they are in an outstanding location. They are across the street from high end shops like Gucci and LV. They are also very close to the bustling Dontonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping center. Second, the staffs are excellent. Great service and extremely nice. Lastly, it has direct access to the The Midosuji Line, which connects directly to Shin Osaka Station for those who takes the Shinkansen Bullet Rail. The hotel itself is not great. The rooms need some serious Rennovation. It’s 2024 and the TV doesn’t support current technology. The room lacks easy access to electrical plugs and USB plugs. The bathroom, other than having excellent water pressure for the shower, it needs to be updated. The tub is very high, not safe for elders to get in and out. The toilet has an add on bidet, not a bidet toilet. The room furniture needs some update and refresh painting. The hallway to the rooms are scratched along the walls.
