「This is a wonderfully managed very charming hotel in the hyperkinetic heart of Naples. Situated in a renovated Situated in a renovated, restored palace, the hotel has a lot of charm, as its name suggests. A very tasty, wonderful breakfast each morning. Luigi at the front desk is a gem.」

「櫃台幾乎沒有接待人員，入住拿鑰匙像在解秘密任務。 只能透過whatsapp跟旅館人員聯絡，很不方便。 床舖舒適，浴室乾淨。 旅館位於一般大樓內，若無房間鑰匙的話，搭電梯要投20cent硬幣。」

「We stopped in Naples overnight and stayed here with a taxi strike looming the next morning. The staff was wonderful, made arrangements for us to get a taxi before the strike starting in the a.m. and gave us a large breakfast bag to go at 5:30 a.m. Also a good location for us to get to see a small but great shopping section of Naples and the streets.」

「It is a fabulous hotel and complex. We stayed 2 nights which was just perfect to chill and relax. A good base to visit Pompei ruins and walkable from the hotel. The pool was fabulous and quiet 」

「I know it’s off season, but the roof top patio was closed and there was never anyone working the bar. Also, the spa was nice was I slipped down the stairs in the pool because they were so slick. Maybe install some mosaic tiles so it’s not so slippery. The edges of the tile steps were very sharp, also. That’s very dangerous. Also, maybe put some foam mats around outside the showers and spa rooms so water doesn’t get everywhere.」
