"The property was very nice. We loved the pool with the lazy river. The room was bigger than expected. Everything was fairly new. And the staff was wonderful. I only really had two complaints. One was the air conditioner kept popping up to 85° so you had to constantly put it down which was annoying in the middle of the night. Also, the vending machines on the property were always broken. We couldn’t get anything to snack on unless we got in the car and drove somewhere. "

"Easy highway access, and well lit so I felt safe in the lot. If you want coffee or breakfast do yourself a favor and go straight to a nearby drivethru."

"Though the property is an older property, the room was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. The mattress was firm, but not hard, and was comfortable. The associated we're friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again, if in the area."

"We were house hunting in the Ormond area and wanted to take our large dog with us on the trip. This is one hotel that is not biased against large dogs. The hotel is clean, quiet, and in a location of Ormond near quite a few good restaurants. Overall, it's a good choice though maybe a bit too close to the interstate."

"Parking was terrible. We have handicap parking permit and the property has only 2 spaces for handicap. They were allowing people without the permits to park in those spaces. Not enforcing the law. "
