I don't know if it was a halfway house or an all the way house. If you like sketchy activities this is the place for you. Innitally my room smelled like a stale nursing home mop but I was given a harsh lemon spray bomb to mask the smell that arrived daily. The chair was peeling like a lizard and even though they have a electric stove to cook, They do NOT provide: any kitchen tools or utensils, no iron, no coffee maker, there is NOTHING in the room.. Go to the dollar store and get what you need there. One night I came back and 20+ police units were outside. NO LIE! I haven't seen this type of response since 9/11. Apparently "word" was that someone was assaulted. Was told a lady was laying by the elevators when they came in. Im all for people cleaning up their act but there was a mix of meth heads, working class people, and chain smokers at both entrances to greet you. Just avoid everyone and interactions. The pool was deceiving and provided no privacy but I will say the bed was comfortable and ask for pillows. 2 pillows for a king size bed is diabolical. Would I go back?? Probably not. Can I go back? I guess... The price was right and after having to buy everything it felt like home. But I shouldn't have to buy stuff that should already be there. Why have a kitchen that you can't cook in???

no option to have the rooms cleaned every other day the outside area needs a TLC specially in the evening hours price for the stay too high low life individuals roaming around and the smell in the halls and parking areas strong funky odor elevator took days to be fixed , had to go to another location to continue our stay

This Property is upkept super well. I meet the General Manager he is friendly and nice and Carmen, She is such a delight, a great staff with a great personality. So kindhearted, warm and welcoming. This is the best extended stay I stayed at, they have a rule of quiet time between10:7am to be considering your neighbors, totally recommend. I extended my stay and additional week.

When we arrived, we asked for water but were told there wasn’t any available. We were also informed that the hotel does not have an ice machine. Around 8:30 a.m., the front desk was closed, so there was no one available to assist guests. There was no breakfast available. The phone in our room did not work, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. The room only had one towel, there was no conditioner or bath mat, and the window blinds were broken, allowing sunlight into the room early in the morning, so we were awake by 7:00 a.m. There was also only one luggage cart available for the entire hotel, which made unloading and loading very inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. The only positive was the location. Dunkin’ and IHOP were within walking distance, and Disney Springs was about a 10–15 minute drive away. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the number of issues.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was great! There is a Dunkin and an IHOP just in front of the hotel. I have stayed at this hotel once before and had a really good experience. This time there was lots of noise above the room. There is no one that works in the lobby after 11pm so I was not able to speak to anyone, and I checked out before anyone was in the lobby the next morning. It sounded like a baby in a walker going back and forth over the floor all night long. Overall, the property is clean and in a great location. It is an older hotel and if you do not mind paint chips and wear and tear it is a nice place. They do have a mini kitchen area but there are no plates, cups, or other items to use. I am not sure I would stay again just because of the noise.
