The room was pretty spotless; however, room service did not come to the room and we had to bring towels to the lobby to get towels. We had only two towels for 4 people and it also did not have hand towels until we went back. The hotel was a Quality Suites one; however, the outside part may need a makeover soon. To the positives, the room was spacious, clean, and breakfast was excellent. While we did not go to the pool, it was clean and warm when I passed by and stuck my hand in it. I also found it to be close to Universal and Seaworld and about 5 miles away from Disney World.

It's just need updating but other than that I enjoyed my stay.The food at bar was great for it to be a pool bar. Drinks was good but was a little expensive. But over all had a good stay and didn't see any bugs

This property is in serious need of a renovation. The decor and all the furniture and beds were extremely dated. The food that they serve for breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Their pool was closed for maintenance and we should’ve been notified prior to confirming our booking… Our kids were extremely disappointed and upset that they couldn’t use the pool. Spend a bit more money and just stay someplace else

Upon walking in my room, there were roaches. I waited four days for a washcloth that never came. The remote controls never worked for the TV so all we could watch was YouTube. Requested a new remote control, but the maintenance man rudely refused to have a conversation about what the problem was. You’re not allowed housekeeping services until after three days of your stay. I had to get my own linens and pillows for my pull out bed which was extremely old, lopsided and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.Sink and tub took forever to drain.they advertise a pool and a hot tub, pool was there hot tub wasn’t hot ever nor warm pretty much ice cold. The way they word they have shuttle service You would think that it goes to the 2 other major parks as well, but their shuttle only goes to universal which made my trip a lot pricier because I had to use Uber the whole time with 6 people traveling in my group. The few employees that we did encounter with the exception of maintenance were absolutely wonderful.

Altogether, everything was good. Staff were helpful and polite. Coffee maker in the room didn't work. No hair dryer. Other than that, room was well made up and comfortable.

After showing up at 345 day of checkin was told the rooms wouldnt be ready until 430 later that day. Rude girl ledt us there at the desi with other guest. The kid in the back took about 10 minutes before he came up from front to wait on all the guest. The room had two old hand towels throwed up on a shelf so we had to go and get towels and washcloths. No wash cloths to hand out. Two towels, when asked about wash cloths was told they had no wash cloths. No water pressure and would go to hot and cold. It was wet between the toilet and shower and water continued to drip the whole time we were in the room Carpet was filthy. The bed was nice though. Its hard to recommend this hotel with the conditions of the room and staff. I hope this doesnt stop us from getting our deposit back, when we asked for towels they acted as if we were stealing the ones in the room, scratchy towels is something I wouldnt take home. Oh yeah ice machine on 1st floor inoperable but breakfast wasnt to bad

Staff and property was quite acceptable for the price. Breakfast was good and always on time. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Water pressure good. Not the Hyatt but remember the cost is very affordable. Only negative was Expedia site showed it was .6 miles from convention center, it is if you can fly. The hotel is across the highway and the only way to get there, if you don't have a car, is to either walk 4 miles around the highway or use a ride share/taxi service. I've asked Expedia and the hotel to get the description changed.

The location is great. It is around a lot of of things, but they are way more cons than there are pros. Ice machine did not work, elevator look like it was getting ready to fall apart, the hot tub did not work, they didn’t want to supply us with any towels, went to wash my clothes in the washing machine, and the dryer did not work at all and they told me I had had to wait until three hours when a manager came in in order for me to dry my clothes.

I was on a business trip so interested in a clean hygienic room with a comfortable bed and a good shower plus good internet. All of this I got so very happy. I was attending a conference that was local so MiCasa was close by and it was inexpensive relative to other hotels. I did not have breakfast. I did not need guest services as I reused towels. The room was basic and look aged and tired but everything worked so no concerns. Overall it met fully my expectations.

Staff was friendly , was given a higher floor at first the elevator was not working and I was unable to do the stairs. Switched rooms for a bottom floor. The sheets and comforter had spots all over it, the shower head was disgusting , the hot water wasn’t working the next morning.

Chose this hotel due to visiting this property a few years ago. Check in was efficient and the staff helpful. That wasn't the issue. Upon getting into the room, we noticed there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. called the front desk and they had them delivered. The room was nice and clean. The biggest issue was that there was no hot water in the shower or the sink. I let the front desk know upon check out , but the clerk didn't seem to care. We will not be staying here again.
