We had a wonderful stay at this resort. First room we were given did develop a smell but we when we spoke to reception, we were moved immediately and there were no further issues. The lake is a hidden gem and we spent a couple of lovely evenings sitting in the pergola, watching the sun go down. We were able to walk to shops, and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Sickies was fab! It is basic accommodation but everything was spotlessly clean and the whole resort was quiet and well kept. Thank you for a super week.

Even though this property is on the main hwy it seems to be out in the country. A lake and beautiful trees make a calming and beautiful back yard. Condos are complete with all items needed. Property also has canoe and other items to enjoy the lake. I wii be back!

The beach and ocean view from the balcony is incredible!! The unit is old, tired and in need of a complete update although the newish coat of paint did help somewhat. The kitchen is large and well supplied. We have stayed almost yearly in beach rentals for the past 20 years this is the first time no beach towels, chairs and other beach items were supplied. Instead they want you to rent them from the on-site shop. Not a deal breaker, just surprising for a beach rental (apparently this info was contained in the guest portal but we had already left home prior to being given access to guest portal). There was no hair dryer in the unit and none left to sign out at the front desk. I sent a message to the management company about it (along with asking about beach towels etc). They sent a message back stating they both sent a text and left a voice mail to rectify the situation but as neither of us received said text or voicemail and no hairdryer was delivered, I’m not sure what to think. We would not stay in this unit again.

Needed to pay for room cleaning. Both sofas were filthy and the only way we could use them for sleeping was without pulling out as a bed. Saw croaches in the room every day. Evening reception staff was very nice but the day staff was not so much nice if we asked for new towels.

Good day Daniela,I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you mentioned. Please send me your full name/unit number and I will look into this immediately. This is not the norm at our resort. All sofas are opened, inspected & cleaned after every guest. The units are also on a pest control schedule; you may have seen a Palmetto bug which live in the palm trees. They often scurry into a unit once a door is opened and can easily be confused with the bug you mentioned. A daily towel exchange is available by dialing '0' on your units telephone. Please follow up with us. Thank you.

Worth it!
A nice one night stay for us to go to Disney. Great location. Easy Uber ride to parks. Clean rooms. Great view! Did not get to enjoy the amenities.

Great stay!
If you are looking for high end this is not your hotel. However if you are looking for exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable, super convenient and quiet, this is a great choice! The property is slightly dated but the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Great hot shower! The view in the back and the dock is relaxing. The location is convenient to restaurants and to Disney properties. Very safe and quiet property. Would absolutely stay again.

New employee at check in didn’t know what she was doing. Not clean to my cleanliness. Hairs found around bathtub, dirty floors. Noice so we couldn’t sleep. Not sure why the high ratings on Expedia.

This place was everything! Tranquility, very clean, the staff were amazing. Especially front desk clerk Lori. Her friendliness and her connection with people was awesome. She really cared and understood to all my needs and concerns when traveling with children. Very accomadating and helpful. She knew it was my first time there and she made sure me and my family expectations were met. If I return to Orlando, I will be staying there again. Excellent place to stay.

BEST STAY EVER
This stay was awesome. Last month we stayed for two days just to get away from home life and the stay was amazing, full stocked kitchen, rooms were so clean and don’t even get me started on the bathroom! The bathroom alone was amazing ! We went fishing and that was awesome we are actually booked again this month just Because we had such an amazing time. My boyfriend even joked around and said “if they give us a deal to live here do you mind driving all the way to riverview for work and we can just live here !!”

In love with this resort
The one bedroom was exactly enough for me and my partner. Sooo much space so private and I loved the spa tub. The balcony is in the bedroom which was lovely and private. I will definitely stay here every time I’m in Orlando

Hands down best place I ever stayed at.
I stayed here for family vacation and it was amazing. The room was big clean. And the staff was so friendly. I will definitely stay there from now on. They got a very nice pool and lake with paddle boats and a canoe you can take out on lake.

Good value for large families
We stayed for 10 nights with two adults and 5 kids. Having the two bedrooms and separate loving room was nice. The full kitchen saved money on our food budget. This is our third stay at these consider and we will use them again.
