"Initially the Hotel layout is confusing especially the elevator locations but eventually you get to find your way to different blocks. Pleasant location. Buffet breakfast was good and worth the $25, don't forget to ask for your Mickey Waffles. The pool and water park were fun but could do with more free sun loungers, typical problem of towels on loungers so get there early. Some extra non lounger seating might help. We did not get the one bed apart in the Terraces we booked but were given an adult three bedroom in Block 3 instead which was great. Free parking with our package was well worthwhile easy parking as Grove is not within walking distance of anywhere so a car is useful. Uber to parks 30 to 60 USD each way depending on party size - there were up to 9 of us in 3 different appartments two on block 1 and one in block 3."

"If I can rate this hotel, a zero I would have rated a zero, but you guys would not allow me to do it. I would never stay at Westgate resort and spa ever again in my life. I shouldn’t have to pay to use a waterpark that is being advertised as if it’s included in the nightly rates. This resort gets a zero from me and I wish I can get my money back from staying there, a matter of fact, I didn’t even stay the fourth night. That’s just how horrible the resort was."

"What a great place to stay for an Orlando vacation, Disney or not. Great free breakfast, clean comfortable rooms, nice showers, shuttles to Disney springs if you don’t want to walk. Shuttles to the Disney parks. Easy access to universal and sea world as well. Friendly and helpful staff. What more could you want. Would definitely stay again. "

"Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables and chairs had towels on them with guest clearly not in pool area. Lunch time was chaos, people even had drinks in pool. Property grounds were beautiful. "
