"Stayed here from May 2nd through the 6th while attending a conference and honestly had a really good experience. It looks like the hotel has been newly renovated because everything felt very modern, clean, and updated. The room was HUGE and the bed was extremely comfortable. They had soft sheets, nice covers, tons of pillows, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a down comforter which made the stay even better. The bathroom was nice as well. The only thing missing for me personally was a sit-down tub, but the detachable shower head definitely made up for it a little. The breakfast was your standard self-serve buffet style hotel breakfast, but it was fresh and convenient before heading out for the day. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone I encountered was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Zara was especially amazing and deserves recognition. She was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful with my million questions and requests during my stay. Customer service like that really makes a difference when you're away from home. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider staying here again when I'm back in Orlando."

"Large property. It’s on the older side but everything is well maintained. The poll is nice with a really large area to relax right outside the gate. The staff was great. More than adequate shop with items you may have forgotten to pack and an ice cream parlor! Coffee shop - pizza and wings. Shuttle to the parks was really amazing. "
