"I got there early and asked if I could check in and they said there would be a $30 early check in fee. The first room I had was facing the expressway and was extrememly loud and the room had a bad smell that I could no tolerate. The next room was in a much better location but it still had a funky smell. The rooms are just old and tired. The staff was great but the place needs an overhaul. Also.. the restaurant in the morning only offers the buffett at $18.30 with no menu option. I wasn't thrilled about my experience. One last thing, Expedia always says that this is the whole price you will pay, however there was a $10/night parking fee. I am okay with the $10, however, I am more dissapointed at Expedia for not letting me/us know that the price you see is NOT the price you get. "

"Room was clean and had everything you could need. The problem was waiting 45 minutes in check in line, then no explained the A-B to use, room cards didn’t work. No staff outside would help us find our building. Once in the room it was fine. I did receive 6 text messages at 6am on day of check with check out instructions. Not worth my hassle again! "

"parking was a major issue had to pay an extra $33 per day for parking hotel was overbooked also parking spaces blocked by construction had to park very far from building even @5 pm had to back up multiple times bc gate wouldnt ipen to go through where thr old lobby was or back up bc of towel carts in the way where thr hotel does laundry or because of construction pool, slides flo rides and hot tub over crowded so hard to use amenities no lounge chairs reservations booked up for many hrs for flo rider took 40 mins to check into hotel management was horrible didnt care to provide top notch customer service towels and sheets had stains on them room had a bleach/ chlorine smell hotel was full so couldnt switch rooms they didnt take towels from bathroom floor on day of check out housekeeping came to our room and opened door 3 times and had do not disturb sign on door they didn't even knock when i called to make a complaint w a manager i was told no one was available and was told they would call me back to my room or cell never got a call the hotel went downhill majorly i stayed there 3 other times with in the last 12 years and id never stay there again the rooms need updating they are dingy and im honestly not the type to complain and write negative reviews but i was infuriated w our stay especially when it was almost 400 for two nights i couldve stayed somewhere else theres a hotel on every corner "
