「Parking was good, the service desk staff was very cordial and helpful, the facility was clean. The only reason why I gave the property condition and facilities a “good” rating instead of “excellent” was because of the upgrade work being done on the construction of the existing building. This should be no fault of the hotel reputation - they are upgrading which is good」

「This place was a last minute stop on our trip to New Orleans. I was feeling well and had to find a place to rest. The staff was phenomenal! From check-in to check out and even the breakfast staff…they were all so kind and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. I haven’t seen that in a long time in any business. This place is doing something right to have staff enjoying their day and spreading the joy. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. 」
