"I don't know the name of the young man who checked us in on Monday April 29th but his customer service skills were absolutely above and beyond anything expected. His personality at the desk was amazing and overall attitude was a 15 out of 10. I had to go out to our vehicle at one point and he was outside at the end door where we were parked. He made my re-entry to the building possible through a locked door and made sure I was safe while outside. We had trouble with our t.v. and he came directly to our room to rectify the problem and actually thanked my husband and I for calling about the problem so that we didn't make it worse. LOL This young man deserves an "employee of the month award" plus a raise plus a promotion. Fantastic service and attitude. By the way our room was great. I was clean, big, and comfortable. The bed was amazing."
