"Parking lot was felt very unsafe. Entrance was uncomfortable, hall ways were disquieting, room was gross. Some sketchy item was on the night stand, floor was gross, stains on skirting of bed, dirty socks under night stand. Over all it was gross. Had I not been scared to go back outside at night I would have left. "

"Parking was easy and nearby. The room was mostly clean if not a little shabby…the couch. Flooring in bedroom did not match up to threshold in bathroom. Air conditioning worked but was very loud in the bedroom. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful…when they were there which was infrequent. Best attribute of the hotel was it’s proximity to downtown and especially the Spoonbill restaurant across the street."
