「Beautiful resort. Great food. Lots of options on things to do. Cleaning Staff forgot to stock our fridge with drinks and water at times. Had trouble the last few days getting reservations at restaurants due to there only being 2 open each night. Would recommend having someone available to cart people to their suites day and night as quite a hike uphill to a lot of suites. The restaurant Voce was wonderful for lunch. 「飯店位於山上，地理位置偏遠，但是環境跟戶外景色令人難忘，絕對值得住一晚，飯店內部裝潢很溫馨，飯店櫃檯人員有禮親切，英文溝通能力良好。飯店早餐非常豐盛，選擇相當多。晚上附近沒有餐廳，要開車到附近的小鎮用餐，我們當天是用走的來回，慢慢走一趟時間大約花50分鐘。整體而言住宿經驗令人相當滿意，所看到的美景讓人感動，永生難忘。」

「This place is terrible. Not enough staff, unhelpful staff (no offer to help with luggage etc.), check in process was slow, room was unclean and it’s run down. Just a weird vibe and I’d never stay here again. 」

「Das Rauchen auf den eigenem Zimmerbalkonen war nicht erlaubt ohne, dass dies zuvor bekannt war. Das Personal war im Allgemeinen nicht hilfsbereit und man fühlte sich bei Anliegen als Belastung. Die Zimmer sind gut, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Balkontür schleift (übrigens bei allen Zimmern). Der Kleiderschrank ist eine Zumutung, wenn man mehr als eine Person ist (Schiebetürendilemma). Die Türen schlagen und hört man über den ganzen Flur. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre gleicht einem Hauptbahnhof...

「The location of this property provides for an exclusive vibe. It is a bit of a difficult and scary ride up the hilly roads, but the location itself was gorgeous and truly a comfortable and peaceful stay. The indoor pool is quite large and was a highlight for us. The restaurant was also really good and we enjoyed our meals here. Our room was a little smaller than expected but well setup and comfortable. Nothing to complain about during a charming and peaceful stay !」

「Very good location near historic old town. A few minutes walk from the Aerobus (airport to town public transport) stop. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were all very welcoming and gave advice on local trips etc.... Glad we chose to stay here.」
