"Check in was good, however when we get to the room the bathroom was so dirty, then I reported to the front desk and they decided to assign another room, which it was ok. I left my coffee cup and my water bottle, both was YETI and I called the same day and they told me that that the water bottle was in the front office but the coffee cup not. I told them I will come to pick up the cup."
