「Nice, quiet, centrally located hotel」

「Second time staying here…very nice and clean as well as convenient location.」

「Our room door opened to the porch, and beyond that the beach. Clean room, the indoor pool was clean and nice for the kids when the water's still too cold in the ocean. Plenty of places to sit inside and outside. Parking could be tight in busy season but we went before that, mid-week, and it was mostly empty. Front desk was very polite.」

「Room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the hot tub as well as the pool was clean and wonderful to relax in. The view from the beach was great. Short driving ditto the pier at old orchard beach with plenty of parking facilities at the old orchard beach, for very reasonable prices.」

「Great location. Friendly staff. The room was a little dirty but not terrible. The biggest issue was the air conditioner unit. It was FILLED with dust and looked like there was mold in it. I developed a sore throat from sleeping underneath it and was shocked when I saw it. It need to be replaced ASAP and checked more frequently.」

「I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything.
