"The French Market inn is always a great place to stay. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. We always stay there when we go to New Orleans. Parking is easy. Its just across the street and you can always access it anytime."

"Based on the pictures the hotel appears to be fairly decent however I was highly disappointed. One of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenance and smells like mildew and needs a good cleaning. The hallways also smell like mildew. There was what appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hallway but was not turned on. I had to switch my room because the first one had standing water when I turned the shower on. The next room they moved me to was not any better. The room floor looked as if they needed to be mopped and there was mildew behind the bathroom mirror. The bathroom is also very small. The bed was hard and the mini sink in the room had rust spots on it. Overall the hotel is not as clean as it should be. The ceilings on yhe 8th floor has chipped paint that looks as if there should be some renovation taking place. I would not recommend. I tried to cancel m reservation but was not able to do so."
