"The stay was terrible i reached late bcoz of flight and whole night there was a buzz noise from fire alarm and water dripping so loud. Room was hot even after putting it on 66 cold mode. Tried calling no one responded and was too tired to do up and down and walk so far for everything"

"Overall, I would give this property one star, and that is only because the environment appeared somewhat clean at first glance. I reserved and checked in ahead of time, but the pictures online did not accurately represent what the property actually looked like. When I arrived, there were wet floor signs placed throughout the entire property, and they appeared to be left there constantly and never removed. There were also people roaming around both the front and back areas of the property, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. Another concern was that there was only one entrance and one exit, and several areas were padlocked, which felt unusual and restrictive. When I entered the room that was initially assigned to me (Room 118), I immediately saw a large cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in. The room also had a strong unpleasant odor, and the mop water smell was very noticeable and off-putting. Because of the overall condition and how uncomfortable I felt, I checked out the very next morning even though I had originally booked a three-day stay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property."
