「The room and breakfast were nice! Staff were great!」

「Staff was very nice and very helpful. Hotel was clean. Sleeping on the first floor you can hear the vacuuming upstairs and a lot of banging around in the early morning hours. No French Vanilla creamer for the coffee. Overall, I felt safe and the environment is welcoming.」

「Safe and secure, well lit front door parking, accomodating staff, great rate. Clean room.」

「Didn't like anything except that the reception person was nice. Parking & access to the room did not look like a safe environment. Shady looking ppl outside the door, noisey and the overwhelming stench of marijuana took over the room.」

「I have been staying at this hotel since it opened several years ago. I enjoyed having the indoor pool. I didn’t get to use it this time due to lack of time. The elevator floor was sticky and smelled of alcohol. The room itself was clean. I liked the makeup remover towelette. The soap container in the shower was almost out and hard to pump out for my shower. The bedding had a bad odor. I only was able to interact with the desk clerk who was friendly.」

「The outside looks great and I assume had a fairly recent renovation. Thats where the positives end. When looking for a hotel, I want 3 main things - easy access, a clean room/fresh linens, and ample towels. 1. The elevator was broken. Not a huge deal until the second elevator also started to act up. At first the remote/tv in the bedroom would not work. Eventually figured out it was unplugged. Total waste of time because then the streaming continued to buffer/didn't work so the tv was pointless....

「I arrived around 9:00 PM after a long drive and significant traffic delays while traveling for business with Ochsner Health. As a solo traveler, safety is extremely important to me, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe at this property from the moment I arrived. The area surrounding the hotel was concerning. Several 18-wheelers were parked in a vacant lot next to the property, and there were homeless individuals gathered there as well. Although the parking lot lighting was adequate, there was...
