"Checked in. 1 hour later pool of water at our door on 2nd floor. Staff remediated quickly. Pool was clean. Foot washer at beach was broken - fixed within 12 hours - well done. Toilet ran - flopper was broken in the tank. Coffee machine in lobby was malfunctioning. Not fixed in the time we were there. No balcony despite being advertised - if you call a 16 inch wide balcony a "balcony"."
