「Staff in every area was excellent. I particularly appreciated Anna’s help when I first arrived after a long morning of travel. She also helped reinstate my IHG membership. Did not get the other staff names but they were consistently great. (Front desk and breakfast) Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. 「The room was very smelly and more importantly the sheets were stained and severely burned in many places. The top cover blanket was also burned in many places. There was a gap in the door when it was closed so outside lights and cold air came through into the room. There was no lock for the window and no screen. The t.v. provided had very bad reception and kept going in and out. Not a pleasant stay. Terrible. 」

「We were able to bring our dog. Heads up: if you book on Expedia, they will require you to pay a $20 pet fee in cash. We don’t carry cash, so we had to walk over to the gas station next door in the pitch dark to get cash back. So bring cash. There was a very lush green patch of grass to walk your dog. Just beware that other owners may not be so great at picking up after their pets. The worst part is the bed and the pillows at this place. The bed was hard, and there was only one very flat...

「This was the most pleasant experience! The check in was outstanding because of "J".. she went above and beyond to make sure our room was perfect. The hotel is in my opinion the nicest we have stayed at in Lancaster. I would highly recommend this hotel!!」
