Parking was easy and felt secure, which made arriving stress-free. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. My only issue was with the check-in process—not the staff, but the system they use. It took quite a while and felt a bit inefficient. Aside from that, it’s a nice hotel and I had a pleasant experience overall.

Property was clean from the outside and the inside but the real nightmare was in the room they gave us. They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317. Turns out they did a Mickey mouse cleaning on the room because when I lifted up the bed there was dog pissed underneath the queen mattress. the queen bed had dog hairs so bad that me and my family only used one of the beds cause we couldn’t take the smell of dog piss and hairs everywhere on the bed

Longest check in time I ever experienced at a hotel. The clerks kept asking over my reason for my stay which is odd because no other hotels have asked me that numerous times. The hallways smelled like cheap cup noodle soup upon entering. WARNING: This hotel will hold your security deposit for a month so be ready to let them borrow $100 for 31 days.
