The free breakfast was the best we've ever had from a chain hotel. Good variety of items including eggs, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, bread and bagels, and fruit with special condiments sanitarily contained. Rooms were clean and well equipped even though we didn't use kitchen facilities. Pleased with our stay.

I want to acknowledge the efforts of Adriana, Kaycee, and Marina at the front desk, who were kind and tried their best to assist us despite the chaotic circumstances. Kaycee was particularly commendable for acknowledging a significant safety failure during our initial check-in. However, the manager, Briana, lacked empathy, making our stay miserable. This hotel should not be represented by a person who lacks management skills. Her behavior is unacceptable.

The property was clean, staff was ok. The only problem was I chose Homewood Suites for the pool amenities. When I got there the pool was shut down from health inspection. I wish they would have disclosed that to us. The sent us down to the other properties pool. That pool was disgusting. I won’t be staying there again.

Check in was speedy and easy, parking is a little tight and no room if towing anything. Maintenance has some work to do in rooms just small things were broken or not functioning. Lobby restrooms needed cleaning. Breakfast was standard but decent. Overall was a good place for the price.
