The free breakfast was the best we've ever had from a chain hotel. Good variety of items including eggs, potatoes, sausages, oatmeal, bread and bagels, and fruit with special condiments sanitarily contained. Rooms were clean and well equipped even though we didn't use kitchen facilities. Pleased with our stay.

Great family vacation!

stay was amazing! staff is incredibly nice. The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. :( it was very uncomfortable and mattress was pretty dirty.

A blinding naked light bulb greeted us when we arrived in the room. The floor in the bathroom was soiled around the toilet and dirty footprints on the floor by the sink.The kitchen counter by the sink had sticky residue. The eating area had not been cleaned. So I don’t think the room was ready for occupancy. I just hoped they changed the sheets and just overlooked the floor, etc. The desk chair was broken. I almost fell backwards on the floor when I sat in it. Except for the desk chair problem, I told the night person that I was unhappy with the room and told her why and that we wanted to be moved. She said she didn’t have other rooms like that even though on a Monday night the hotel was practically empty. She said she would go to our room and clean the floor. She did not. Next morning I complained again and brought up the desk chair. The morning manager said, I don’t know why the night person didnt move you. She waived the $15 parking fee and said she would give me Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience. The last time I checked the balance on the account was 0. I have had very good experiences with Expedia’s ratings until now. I expected more out of Hilton.

The room had smelled musty in the kitchen/living room area. The bedroom was fine. I loved having a good sized refrigerator. The bathroom vanity needed to be touched up because some of the paint had chipped off. Beds were nice.

Staff was amazing, however, room was not in the best condition. Door was falling off in the kitchen, microwave light did not work and room was missing the room number name plate. Stayed here for a business trip, paid nearly $400 for 2 nights which is fine but I would expect better than this from a Hilton.
