「Pros: Overall pleasant stay! Modern, but still comfortable. Good size rooms. Amazing, convenient location. Zinicola restaurant near by is a must-try! Cons: No room service. Out of the four staff members I encountered, I’d say only one was actually friendly. The others made weren’t rude, but transactional and flat. Odd water/ice station set-up, that didn’t seem hygienic. 」
