「No hot water the whole weekend. They said they would do a 50% refund if I decided to stay. So I stayed. Now they won’t refund me because I paid through Expedia.」

「The hotel wasn't bad. But I expect a little more based on rating and money. The hotel's lobby is small. The pet fee is expensive $100. There is no tea in the room. The keurig coffee is some generic brand. The next day when i went down to ask for some hot water (for drink), the front desk people to ask me to wait for the restaurant to open.」

The lobby was dirty, not dusty but the walls needed cleaned, the rug was filthy and the entrance/exit door was so disgusting I wouldn’t even touch it with my hands. The room was better but there was a smell to it. It was clean except the wall next to the night stand. You could see the steaks from things being spilled on it. There wasn’t a rug under the living room coffee table which is no big deal, but there was no kitchen/dining room table to...

「At 4:00 the fire alarm went off. That was terrible. On top of that, the railing in the shower was very loose. At breakfast they had no forks but served sausage patties and very runny scrambled eggs. Hard to eat sausage with a spoon. I was going to watch the news before going to bed but the TV didn't work either. I booked here because the reviews had a high rating. Very confused on how」

「Musty smelling rooms. Very very small closet. Couldn't even close the door when you put clothes in it. No information in the room about the hotel or surrounding area. Doesn't even compare to the Courtyard by Marriott of Omaha.」

「Our room was clean and the staff was very courteous. I noticed that the hotel has upgraded the decor in the lobby. It is clean and well done. Every time we are in Topeka we stay at the Hilton Garden.」

「This place is absolutely disgusting. Mold on the ceiling, a horrendous oder in the room, we thought about staying in the car. The property is in complete disarray. There is no construction updates underway. Our bathroom fan was falling out and hanging 3 inches from the ceiling,. The room had such a powerful order it was difficult to breathe. I would not recommend.」
