"The property was very clean and the complimentary congratulatory desserts nice, I have to say that I was surprised that I had to use my Netflix account to access premium TV service at such a prestigious (expensive) resort location though. I have had better TV service in ordinary hotels. Overall our experience was enjoyable with the highlight being the fantastic night view of downtown Oakland, San Francisco, and both bridges. Overall, I felt we should’ve gotten a little more for the cost and rate our stay at 4.2"

"This place looks a little dated but it is so clean I was very impressed. If the furniture was updated it would have been a 5 Star easily. Truly not covering any flaws to hide its age. Parking was included. On the days I stayed plenty was available. Very convenient area with plenty of shops in all directions. Staff was very friendly. Simple basic breakfast. Coffee tea toast etc. Definitely a go to place I will be using."
