"Room safe was broken but we were given a room change. Quiet. Rooms not ‘soundproofed’ as claimed. Easy and cheap access to old town via nearby tram. Cool market with great fruit and vegetable stalls, coffee, and misc things just 50+ meters from hotel. Skip the nearby Aldi, save money, put your cash into the locals pockets and go to the cool market. "

"I stayed for 6 nights at this hotel. From start to finish I felt welcomed and well looked after.. Gosha one of the managers there allowed me to check in a bit earlier as the room was coincidentally ready when I arrived. Nothing was too much to ask.. I was provided with a hair drier , an iron and a fan (upon request) The room was clean , spacious and tidy There were cooking utensils, washing up liquid and a sponge for the dishes. Toiletries were also provided The hotel is located 20 mins walk from the city centre , there are 2 very close by tram stations There are convenience stores and even a little market near by, it's a fantastic location slightly away from the main hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. I stayed in room 38 on the ground floor, luckily this room is shielded by a lot of trees which makes it very pleasant and it kept it cool during 28-32 degrees weather! The fan also helped .. I was allowed to store my bag after check out and to use the facilities as well. When I visit Krakow again I would definitely chose Milestone student living again. Thank you for all your kindness."
