"The room was very clean and spacious. Although we were next to the road, the hotel is in a quiet location so noise was minimal. Some separate shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom would’ve been nice. Nice breakfast and great selection!"

"Location to amenities , room and cleanliness brilliant . Only criticisms - lack of drawers/hanging space for clothes in room …(but they did offer to bring in storage ) …can be quite noisy as next to a main road …selection of food at breakfast could be more extensive …very minor things - we wouldn’t hesitate to return as the cleanliness of the rooms and location to transport/old town was spot on."

"Great location, in walking distance from main parts of city. The only transport we used was Bolt from airport and back. Very clean. Has everything you need. Staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. Only one fault was the mattress in our room was rock hard, we found it very difficult to sleep on. (Room 57). Friends recently stayed there in a different style room and said no issue with theirs. Other than that we would stay again but in a different type of room."

"Cracking Ibis,probably one of the best I've stayed in.Let me start by saying,you can park your motorbike outside the door for free(nice and secure/undercover)Now then,the hotel itself is very clean and modern with great,helpful staff who speak very good English.My room was clean,bed comfortable with decent pillows.Shower was spot on,WiFi was good and the TV had the odd English channel.I ate an evening meal and had breakfast once,both decent and not bad value for not having to go out. The tram is a minutes walk from the hotel reception and drop you on the very outskirts of the old town,I got Bolt back twice and was only £4/£5,so no issues getting around.I also walked in a couple of times,a nice leisurely stroll was 20/25 minutes,and if you like architecture then walk the hospital way(left stairs in the big round tram terminal) some great buildings to see.For an authentic Polish meal there is a milkbar(I think this is what they are called)across the road and to the left,5 minute walk where you will be served a fantastic meal for next to nothing,truly Poland.Also the air museum is a couple of stops up on the tram,another great place to visit. All in all,great hotel in a great location with great staff,thank you."

"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."
