「We chose this hotel mainly because it’s close to my in-laws’ place, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a decent hotel in the area. It’s also close to SM Fairview and walkable when the weather is nice. The hotel is clean, but don’t expect the same amenities or standards as a larger hotel chain. The bathroom is quite small and difficult for two people to use at the same time. The towels are old and no longer really white, and they don’t provide face towels, so I recommend bringing your own....

「The room is ok I stay one night and it is good to stay」

「Staff radios are noisy even at night. They should have headsets. Staffs are singing out loud at dawn which may disturb sleeping guest. Elevator needs permanent repair. It is multinational most of the time.」

「Room is clean on check in. Everything good is walking distance and some security not very good will lie about you in tagalog about what you do daily when they know you don't speak it, complained about me not responding yet he never stops me but other guards have no problem stopping me and I answer them clearly and properly till they allow me to pass.」

「An older more classic style Shangri-La hotel. I have stayed on multiple occasions and thoroughly enjoyed my stay this time around. I will return when in Makati.」

「Great service 」
