"Not the Malayan Plaza I knew. What has happened? Our room was old and run-down. Toilet shower partition was falling apart, our kitchen area was thick with grime. Owner and management should seriously consider to making this place the way it was. Very disappointed. :("
"Used to stay in Shangrila EDSA pre-Covid but due to cost down so stayed here. It’s unfair to compared them since the prices are like 250% difference.
Staffs for sure polite and helpful. Room is spacious. The hotel is quite old though. My colleague is vegetarian while I am diabetic. There are just few food items we can eat for breakfast. 10 minute walk to malls."
