「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「The receptionist was wonderful at check in! She gave us ideas on where to go to get the Louisville experience! The breakfast was also quite decent for a hotel! Overall clean place and extremely satisfied. 」

「I didn’t feel very welcome, but one of other ladies. I think she was the manager. She knew everything. The guy that took care He was curious very good.. also in the room they didn’t have coffee pot . I wasn’t too happy with the shampoo in the conditions. Not the way they were built. Other than that oh that’s OK. I would like to say it was clean. They also charge too much money for The emotional dog. $75 that was too . But thank you for the day. Like I said everything else was OK.. 」
