「The hotel was nice, but the elevator was malfunctioning. Also the bed was so uncomfortable that we might as well slept on the floor. It was terrible! The pillows were also useless. It was a terrible nights sleep. The location was great but we will not be staying here again.」

If we were staying in the area longer we would look for different accommodations. The public restroom off the lobby had no toilet paper with a box of Kleenex set on the floor to use instead. There was zero hand soap and all of the available hand sanitizer stations were empty.」

Openly heard staff being rude to people and yelling, there was absolutely zero hot water to shower, wifi didn't work, the elevator had spilled chick fil a food and drinks on the floor AND there was even a condom wrapper. Nothing looks like it's been maintained or cleaned. For almost $100 a night... could do a lot better...」
