「Weird stains on the floors, what looks like mold in corners of the room and beds that are broken (made a loud popping sound when you sit down and springs in our backs all night). Two types of cereal and some yogurts or plain bread for toast is pretty thin for a "breakfast".」

「Easy check in; the room was lovely-clean, modern, comfy bed and pillows and as quiet as you could hope for. Lots of parking, close to shopping. Breakfast was awesome; ice cold ac which was much appreciated given my room was on the sunny side of the building and the weather in Lincoln HOT-really HOT!! Only glaring NEGATIVE was the bed sheets -they had pilling allover-such an annoying problem for a relatively expensive room rate.... Sleep in-you can and should be better than this!- spend some...

「Very pleased with my stay at this place and I will be returning again on future visits to Lincoln. The room was clean & well maintained. The property was quiet & felt safe. Hot breakfast was wonderful—so many food options and nice extended hours on the weekend (7am-10am). I also liked that there was an outdoor spot to sit & visit under the gazebo.」

「I liked that it was cheap and the staff was very helpful and nice. I did not like that my sink would not drain and my bathroom fan did not work. My bathroom also constantly put out heat and humidity so the ac never stopped running and needed to run to even keep it tolerable.」

「It is a new hotel so it was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was very good, a nice full hot breakfast with lots of choices, however I would have liked more fresh fruit as the only had apples and oranges. But everything else was very enjoyable.」

「The guy at the front desk was not welcoming at all. Went in to ask was a room available from a long 8hr drive. He said no. Online said 6 rooms available. I went back to my car book online and returned back into the hotel 20 minutes later and the guy looked at me crazy after I told him I have an online reservation. All he asked for was my reservation number my ID and gave me my room keys.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! They have random people hanging out outside the hotel people walking in and out without shirts on. It stinks. Mold on the blankets. It’s just a sketchy place. If I could give it zero stars I would.」
