Front desk was amazing! We were there for a funeral and the front desk helped with location for food. We ended up getting pizzas and bringing them back... the front desk provided paper plates as the pizza place did not. Room was clean and quiet. Pool was nice, but hurt your eyes after sitting in the room for an hour. Breakfast was normal for a hampton inn.

It was a pleasure staying at Hampton Inn, Old Mill. Every person encountered was friendly, helpful, and professional, from front desk to housekeeping. Dennis in the breakfast area is cheery and great at starting a guest’s day off right. Room was clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Bed was comfy. Climate control quiet and completely functional. Convenient parking at the door. Hotel location is perfect for getting around Omaha in any direction. What more could one want in an accommodation? 😊 Thank you to all.

We really liked this hotel! My husband stayed there a week ago and liked how everything was so we ended up booking it again for our family stay (have never booked the same hotel twice because it was never great to come back). Great facility, nice warm pool, very good breakfast (I mean they even have fresh strawberries and whipped cream!). I definitely recommend this place!

The Hampton Inn appears to have had a recent remodel - everything was new and clean. The continental breakfast had a good selection and all options were properly prepared. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Omaha.
