It was a lovely property. The foyer and restaurant/bar area was lovely. One of the elevators would take you to the wrong floor, but it eventually got you where you needed to be (and there are two other elevators). My room was lovely, clean, and quiet. I could hear a little hallway sounds, but no outside or road sounds. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were great and check out was simple.

We had no HVAC working properly and no maintenance available to help. We upgraded to the Pure room. Currently working on a resolution for this extremely hot and loud night. Will update my review once I hear back. But this specific location is outdated and old. But the staff was truly so kind.

He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfy with the service. Thank you Marriott Hotel for a comfortable place to stay during my conference in Omaha.
