「We had the wonderful experience of being in a room with beds almost as hard as boards and a "service dog" barking for hours next door because its owners left it caged while they went somewhere until midnight. The manager refused to do anything. The night desk clerks tried multiple times to reach the owner of the dog multiple times and even went into the room to make sure no one was hurt (kudos to them). An actual trained service dog would not need to be left behind or would bark incessantly...

The check in experience was ok, but the man behind the counter wasn’t wearing anything but casual clothes, so that was our first red flag. 「The room was not that clean at all the baseboards and walls were never wiped down. The beds were clean . But don’t think I would ever stay there again. Don’t recommend to my friends to ever stay there. It was late at night so we stopped but never again.」
