The room had lots of trash in it, there was no toilet paper in the room (or in the hotel at all!). I checked out as soon as I found somewhere else to stay. To be fair, the staff was friendly and they tried to be helpful.

For how cheap this place was it was actually pretty good. The rooms are spacious apartment style and the place was clean.

I am so happy we found this place we were staying at the motel 6 in Canton which slowly took a nose dive in quality the last few months and the stay here at AES has been a breath of fresh air and it's so clean and spacious! Beware of the German roaches if u decide to stay at motel 6 in the near future when u leave they may travel with u...GROSS!!

The place was a bit older than I’m used to but for $60 I was pleased. The room is like a mini apartment even had a dishwasher and the place in itself was clean. The staff was also friendly and even called me to see how my stay went. Thank you

Would be five stars if it had a coffee maker

I was here for a funeral and had the studio and it does have a nice little kitchen area it's a nice room that has all the amenities for a decent price. I wish it had a coffee maker but other than that it was great. I had to buy my own little one.

Bang for your buck.. for real!

The room was very spacious, I'm a family of five and we had plenty of space, the price for what you get is prefect even though the pool was not open. The room size and cleanliness made up for it. It's pet friendly and i only heard a dog once and i think they were passing my room, so it's insulated. And did i say clean? If i had time i could have soaked in that tub for sure. You guys were great though, thanks.

The hotel smelled good, the front desk allowed me to choose what room I wanted and the manager was the most friendly down to earth person I have met in a long time. It was refreshing. The hotel itself is older but well kept could definitely use some updating but I paid less than $80 so I guess you get what you pay for. Good spot for low cost quick stays but some of the other people I met here said they had been living here for months. To each their own

Staff was friendly and check in was fast, Hotel had a very Smokey smell, carpet in hallway was dirty and chunks of carpet was ripped out. Black hair on towels and bed sheets. Would not stay here again.

My room was clean, no bugs and the area felt safe. Air conditioner was on point! Location was great for shopping and dining. The only thing that made me crazy was the FREE WiFi. It was terrible and even when I bought extended WiFi it wasn't much better. I would suggest updating that and also the decor.

Great stay

This is the cleanest ESA that we have stayed in in years! The property is within walking distance of KSU and the night we checked in some people had parking problems because there was a football game and folks felt ok with parking at the hotel. At check in the desk clerk seemed to be speaking with her teeth locked together, it took both of us to decipher what she was saying. The room was spacious and clean. We had to ask several times in order to get all of the kitchen "stuff" that we needed. No dish drainer though. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

I did not actually stay. I reserved the room for my brother’s family. They are all variously disabled, and my sister-in-law had to have surgery in Marietta with a next-day followup. It would have been a lot for her to have to make 2 100-plus mile round trips in 24 hrs so I helped with getting them a place to stay. It’s my understanding that my brother complained about some aspects of the stay. He was not even there—he ended up “not being up to going”. Thanks for providing a safe and accessible place for my relatives to accomplish what they needed to do.

Room was large and comfy. Refrigerator wasn't level and even though it was on the highest setting was not keeping food cold enough. Range wasn't level and made cooking difficult. Would stop at desk to get toilet paper and they seemed to be out each time. Ended up buying our own. Asked for replacement towels and had to wait over 2 hours for the towels.

Hot water only worked at certain times of the day, none in the morning, only got hotter towards end of the day. The heat DID NOT WORK at all, room cool at night, and no maintenance man came around
