"The property was easily accessible and the front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and fairly clean. We did have to clean the tables and counter area around the sink before use. Bed was comfy and quiet. Breakfast was sufficient and had decent variety."

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my years of traveling around the country! The first room we were assigned smelled horribly like cigarettes and marijuana. We were then assigned the room next door. At first, the room didn’t smell bad but after being in there for a little while, the stench arose. There were cigarette burns in the blankets on both beds. There were cigarette burns on the chair. 2 of the 3 useable outlets didn’t work. The fridge was BARELY cool let alone cold. The tub clogged up just about instantly when the shower was turned on. The shower head sprayed water out of the tub area onto the floor. The sink clogged as well right away and the water didn’t get cold even when turned all the way to cold. On our last morning room service barged into the room to ask if we needed anything. She barged in around 830am and checkout was 11am. Very unprofessional and uncalled for! Again, this is THE worst place I’ve stayed in all of my years of travel! I want my money back!"

"This hotel was very clean and was conveniently located right off the expressway. The parking lot was well-lit and felt safe. An extra-special shout out to the woman who was tending to the breakfast area. She was extremely friendly and had a pleasant, positive, uplifting personality. She really got our day off to a great start!! She is a true asset to Hampton Inn! "

"Amazing and relaxing pool area. Staff provided exceptional service. Cottage was a little dusty but otherwise okay. Bed was extremely comfortable! Overall, very nice!"
