「No: way to lock door, working phone, TV, Wifi, coffee, front desk after 11pm. Bugs crawling. No basic supplies in kitchenette. We had to search for someone Thursday to get a status update on the amenities. No solution. We said we were leaving and expected a full refund. They called the owner and he agreed to a full refund. We have not received it yet. Worst experience ever!!!」

「Liked everything about the facility with only a few issues. The breakfast a little less than desirable. The sausage was rubbery, the oatmeal was to watery and the OJ and Apple juice didn't taste right. Also, the drink cooler had plenty of Diet Mtn Dews, but no regular Dews. That was disappointing. Also, the bed was a little to firm but slept ok, but wasn't the most comfortable.」

「We stayed for one night in a king business suite. The sitting area was large and the sleeping area was, too. The bed was comfortable and they had great pillows. The bathroom was ok. The sink and vanity were not for short people, it was high. The tub did not have a grab bar in it. I probably should have booked an accessible room. My 89 yr old mother doesn’t use a wheelchair, but the stability of a grab bar in the shower works wonders. The breakfast food was actually very good. The staff...
