"Service to and from ski resort was exceptional. Resort Fee is a little hard to justify since it only really covers breakfast. We don’t need or use int’l calling, WiFi or hot tub….all of which should be in the rate. Anyway the staff was great and made out stay very nice. We checked in at 4:30pm and ask to check out at 2…. And was told there was a $25 fee for noon check out and $75 for 2pm….we were two of maybe 10 people total in the whole place so it certainly wasn’t like someone was coming...

" Friendly staff. The hotel was modern, clean with recently redecorated rooms. Well run hotel in a fantastic setting near the interstate, yet it was walkable, with a small quaint town feel. We will be back."

"Wonderful modern, comfortable hotel on the campus of Colorado Mesa University. The room was very nice, the in house restaurant Devils Kitchen had great food and service and stunning views of the mountains surrounding Grand Junction. Both Devil’s kitchen and the coffee shop had gluten free options, so that was a treat for me."

"It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. "
