「I called and let them know I was going to be a late check and they were very helpful when my family I arrived unlike other places the staff is horrible when you are late but this staff was helpful and appreciated. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very clean as well and the fridge worked. I definitely will stay again on way through again next time」

「Wonderful, quaint spot right in the heart of downtown Steamboat. Not a 5-star boutique hotel by any means but what a pleasant delight upon arrival. We got the junior family suite or whatever they call it; had a queen bed in one room then a Jack and Jill style bathroom connecting the room to 2 twin beds. Perfect for a family of 4! Great to have designated parking, staff was 10/10, Clear, concise communication. I’d definitely stay at the Bristol again.」
