For the price it's pretty fair. Dated property which is fine just needs updating. The door latches are the loudest I've ever heard and anytime a neighbor would come in or out it would wake me up it's so loud. Dogs barking across the hall. One of the two beds was straight up broken. The pool and hot tubs are nice. The location is nice. The girl who checked me in was very friendly. Like the little lobby area with coffee and a gas fire place. Hotel has little sitting areas if you wanted to relax and watch the sunset or just hang out. Again, for the price for me it was fine and what I would expect.

Easy to get around with the bus service and friendly drivers. Beautiful views. Handicap accessible ramp /access is around the side and not readily identifiable. Building is a little outdated but is good value for the price.

When we were approaching the area the road was so bad we were bouncing in the car like popcorn kernels popping. The property is outdated, worn down furniture, game room A/C was not working, it was 76° in the space. We had a room with a loft and the loft was as an oven…in March. When needing a hot shower, you need to be patient, the water will warm up eventually. Oh and if you try calling, don’t bother leaving a message in their inbox. Dwayne and the other young lady were very pleasant and helpful an courteous.

We stay annually at the Hilltop with a group of 5-6 families. It's great for kids with the pool and game room. However, their shuttle service to the mountain continues to get worse and it might be at the point where we'll have to find somewhere else to stay. You can't see the shuttles on a map anymore, you have to click "request shuttle" on the app but then it says "finding you a driver" and sometimes never leaves that screen so then you call and they say they'll send someone but once we waited 45 minutes and a couple of other times we waited even longer and ended up figuring out how to drive ourselves by having one person take everyone else in an unsafe van situation. You can't expect people to use up 2+ hours of their ski day to get to and from the mountain and we had a bunch of small children who just can't wait that long, especially to get back to the hotel at the end of a long day. Please fix this terrible shuttle Hilltop!!

The room was unfinished - the threshold between the bathroom tile and carpet was missing - the edges of the carpet was completely frayed in this area with 4-5 exposed rusted nails sticking out which I stepped on not knowing the nails were there.

Super dated hotel. Bed was not comfortable, it's old and saggy in the center. Stains all over the carpet in the room and the hallway smelled like dirty feet. Chairs in the room for the table are also needing replacements, the middle of the seat has no support. The road up to the hotel is FULL of potholes (not the hotels fault as it might be a public road) but you have to dodge them to get in and out. After check in, I arrived to my room door propped open and all the lights on. I immediately felt unsafe and went to the front desk. They tried to justify it was from housekeeping but I was a single female and no one even offered to check if someone was currently in the room as I did not go in upon seeing it open. I had to request a new one and that should have been the first offer instead of them going in the back office to chat with someone about the situation and try to explain the mistake. This made me feel unsafe the whole stay. Good: the fitness center is huge and the indoor fireplace
