She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!」

「We did not stay due to the Two rooms we started to check into had been smoked in and the order was unbearable. The front desk, canceled our reservation and statement to me he would start a the refund process but at this time my credit card was charged and I have not been refunded my fee.」

「Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.」
