We reserved the triple bed and it was exactly what we wanted and was pictured. Bathrooms and beds were clean(I’m the type to do a 5 point clean check so I know🙈) staff were super friendly and check in was smooth and quick. Great location to walk to food/shopping or just looking for great views for pictures. Would definitely stay again! 」

We were pleasantly surprised how nice our room was , the towels were thick and smelled clean, the bed linens soft and clean , we appreciated the tile floor since hotel is pet friendly, mini fridge (no freezer) , microwave, and a small Keurig maker. 「We were so pleased with our stay. Everyone was friendly and check-in and check-out procedures are designed to be flexible and customer-friendly. Our double-queen room with balcony was spacious for our family of three and the mini fridge was bigger than at the chain hotel in town where we stayed earlier in our trip. No problems! 「This is a very cute, rustic hotel with friendly staff. We were spending the day at Estes Park and we got a phone call from the front desk, confirming our check-in date and also explaining the procedure if we were arriving past 9 PM since the front office would be closed. I felt this was a beautiful way to start our stay at this hotel. 」
