"Airport shuttle services were on time a good unit a very good driver We had an issue with out TV they sent a technician up right away he tried a few things then he came back right away with a new receiver The front desk called up 15 minutes later to check if the TV was working properly The breakfast was great the kitchen staff were easy to talk to & answered my questions "

"The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It was very clean and smelled nice. The valet service team was awesome! We had a queen double bed room. The room was appointed well and was spacious. The beds were comfortable, pillows were soft, the bathroom was roomy and I liked that the shower and toilet were separated from the bathroom sink space. We tried to use the hot tub but it was closed for maintenance. The gym was well equipped. The bar on the second floor was nice, and the staff made one of the best espresso martinis I've ever had. "

"The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons."
