The room was large, beautifully decorated, comfortable mattress and pillows and very clean. We live in Houston and stayed at the Westin for a week while having work done in our house. The hotel was great and it was so nice to be connected to the Galleria for shopping and so many restaurants. The elevator system is very good and security is excellent. Self parking in the garage is free. The gym is nice and has 4 Pelotons.

Yes very clean but the HVAC system seems to be very outdated. All of a sudden in the middle of the night there was a banging sound from it.. staff was very nice. A little disappointed for the price u pay and it n top they charge destination fee.

Great place at the galleria

Unfortunately, it was a very brief stay. I didn't get to enjoy the convenient access to the galleria, not the pool/restaurants.
