"I've written a review, but it seems to have got lost... so here goes again. We were very impressed with the staff of Royal Palace Hotel. Jimmi, the manager was excellent to deal with in the booking stages and also extremely helpful and interested in our welfare when we arrived. In fact, we found all the staff were friendly and professional, and eager to go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. My husband needed medication in the middle of the night, having had eye surgery not long before we left, and a staff member took him out seeking to find a 24 hour Pharmacy. This is but one example of the 'over and above' service. "

The rooms were superb and the effort the Lotus Boutique team went to for my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived was so special. " We had a great stay at the Meritel Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was spotlessly clean with stylish interiors and a lovely atmosphere. All the staff were fantastic, but a special mention goes to Alex and Linh who were especially helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable with a powerful shower and modern design. We also used the in-house spa which was amazing, definitely worth a visit. Breakfast each morning had a great selection and top-notch service. The hotel restaurant is also a great option if you're looking to have lunch or dinner, with delicious food and excellent service. "
