"Check in was a nightmare, no desk person, trying to receive instructions was a difficult task, one set of keys only, so we had to leave together or couldn't access doors. Asked for help, via phone call to hotel service received an invalid phone number. Issues left unsettled regarding city tax. This place was not good. Terrible service (no service actually). "

"The bedrooms were very clean and nicely kept and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms do not have an ensuite and access to the bathroom is by a key. This is clear when you book. The rooms are very convenient for the metro which is great. However either the other guests or the neighbours (hard to tell at 5am) were pretty noisy. "We booked this (Le Muse B&B) thinking we had booked Le Muse Hotel, a charming little hotel nearby. This is NOT a hotel; at best it is low-end backpacker accommodation. We had a musty room with basic furniture and a bathroom. The internet did not work. The person managing it Danielo was however very helpful, friendly and sympathetic.
