"This hotel is a treasure. The neighborhood is quiet and relatively open. The hotel itself is elegant and stylish, situated in lovely gardens with covering trees. Some of the rooms are dispersed in clusters around the gardens. Some have access to rooftop terraces. Extremely polite, helpful and courteous staff. It is almost a white-gloves hotel, but without excessive formality. The desk attendant generously helped make transportation arrangements. We had a medical emergency, and the staff provided help in getting us to care providers."

"Gardenia suite staff were very helpful from the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out. I was worried the day we got in, the toilet would make a loud noise while any water in the room was running. I messaged the staff and they quickly let me know the plumbing was routed to the roof so there is a pump within the toilet that helps get the water up to its drain. Place was very clean, AC shuts off when key card is out of the room."

"Excellent option if you don't want to stay in the busy touristy areas of Rome. Quiet and not too busy location. Walkable from the Lepanto metro station. Bus stops are nearby if you need to take the public bus. Couple of grocery store are close and dining options are available if you're okay walking a bit. The included breakfast buffet was excellent."

"Room was big, shared kitchen/ living room was nice. Water was strange as in it was explained it was just fixed. When you use it there's a loud noise that happens behind the wall. We got plenty of water/hot water so that wasn't a problem- just the noise. The lift is small that brought us to the 6th floor. But, you get used to it. A/C worked great! There's laundry facilities and a grocery store right next door. Metro is like 4-5 blocks away. I'd stay there again."

"The hotel is located in the Prati district, s quiet neighborhood about a 15-minute walk from St. Peter's Square. There are nice local restaurants and grocery stores, and it's not too far from all the major sights. The property is very clean and easy to access. We arrived around noon, and our room was clean and ready. Emma and the whole staff were nice and knowledgeable, giving us options for getting to know the city, and helping us communicate in Italian with taxis and bookings. The room is spacious, with a small living room with a couch, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, microwave, and a small fridge with water bottles. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious, with a great shower. The staff provided us with plenty of towels for our 2-night stay. The instructions to access the property were very clear and the cards worked perfectly. The only two details is that the in-room safe has a key instead of a code and the TV doesn't connect to streaming apps, but these aren't a big deal. Overall, a great experience!"
