This was a wonderful place with lots to do around. It is a ways away from some sight but you can take a quick taxi ride anywhere. I will say that it was a bit difficult to find out how to access the property but once we got that down it was a pleasant experience. Loved the staff!

When they were there the staff we met were very helpful and friendly. We had a nice breakfast prepared each day. The room was comfortable and clean. Initial access to the room was stressful needing to be there by a specific time and no way in the building outside those hours. But once we were there we enjoyed our stay. There is also a great Gelatoria close by we went to everyday.

The place is not a hotel, it is a room inside a building be cautious when booking it was my mistake forr not reading that it was a room inside a building in Rome. However the place was nice and clean very polite women that cleans and the room was always really clean. My only fall back is the noise there was noise early in the morning like construction noise.

Really nice Rooms, clean spacious and good looking. The location is not ideal is a bit far from the metro. The breakfast is decent but one day we had to leave later because noone was ther to serve breakfast and we had to wait half an hour. Overall a great place to stay

le petit déjeuner nul, pour les enfants, que du café, et heureusement qu’il y avait du thé dans la chambre pour les adultes qui ne boivent pas de café. Service dans la chambre mais avec une chaise pour deux… Heureusement que la dame du service était très aimable et agréable.

La struttura non dispone di parcheggio, contrariamente a quanto pubblicizzato, e quando ho fatto notare che su Hotels c'è scritto parcheggio gratuito in struttura mi hanno risposto: "parla con Hotels"!

Super hôte, chambre confortable. Personnel prévenant : le petit déjeuner est à partir de 8h30 mais si vous demandez avant vous pouvez lavoir la veille au soir dans votre chambre pour partir tôt.

La recepción fue excelente. El chico es muy amable, y se esmera en su trabajo. El estado de la habitación da a desear en cuestión del estado de la ropa de cama: Fundas de almohada con rasgaduras, toallas con perforación, cubre pies razgado. Quiero aclarar que estaba muy limpio, pero no en optimas condiciones. La tapicería de la cabecera necesita repararse. Volvería?? Sí. El bemol son detalles físicos. Lo importante está presente: ubicación, confort y amabilidad. Detalles simples a solucionar. Mil Gracias por su hospitalidad

Five Star Service to Host Fabrizio

Fabrizio was very funny & nice. & the room was beyond amazing. The room was just the right size and the description was very accurate. The area that the place was in was very nice & convenient to transportation to get throughout Rome. I look forward to staying there again!

Very nice, however there was quite a lot of noise from the hallway and the other rooms. Also, it's not so clear from the street that it's the right adress when you first arrive, so it can be confusing.

Heel netjes en schoon

Deur openen via een link in de mail. Zeer nette kamer, niet groot maar wat verwacht je in Rome. Netjes en schoon. Koffie, water en fruitsap op de kamer. Ontbijt bij een klein zaakje om de hoek, niet uitgebreid maar voor ons genoeg. Op loop afstand van Sint Pietersplein. Parkeren in de buurt, op betaalde parkeerplaats. Enige minpuntje is de lift waar maar 2 personen per keer in kunnen.

Leider haben die Frühstückscoupons gefehlt....Unten im Haus kann aber auch sehr gut und preiswert frühstücken. Die Unterkunft ist ansonsten sehr schön und liegt sehr Nahe am Vatikanischen Museum
