「Upgraded to a premium room at no cost and without request, which was appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The front desk manager sent me a text the day after check in to make sure everything was going well and to ask if we needed anything. I love the location in central downtown near virtually everything you'll need. I'm sure we'll be back again in our next visit to Cincinnati.」

「The Brown Hotel is a beautiful classy historical treasure. The room was spacious and clean. We used valet parking but that was unnecessary since self parking was very convenient. Bar staff was great. The chef even stopped to chat about our shrimp & grits which was so so good. It was a short walk to Fourth Street Live area and most restaurants but it seemed super safe and clean. I would recommend 100%.」

Only downside is that it was after dark and we had someone lean into our car window while we were in line, asking for money. But we understand the hotel is downtown.
